  • Listen to the Doc. If you are barely active all day, it is recommended that you seek the advice of a doctor. He will tell you where to start.
  • Warm up before you start. Perform some simple and light exercises and this would prevent your hard muscles from being pulled or torn during your exercise.
  • Stretch for 5 minutes. This will make your muscles flexible and you will have more blood running through them.
  • Stop yourself from overdoing it. Listen to your body and don't push it far too beyond. It takes time before you can do more. So be patient and take it slowly.
  • You lose a lot of water while exercising. So you need to re hydrate yourself often. Water keep your body cool and you will have a better session.
